Theodore Charles Hainer,Jr.

With heavy hearts, we bid farewell to Theodore Charles Hainer, Jr., whose life journey began in Oklahoma City on July 29, 1954, and peacefully concluded in the same beloved city on May 27, 2026.

Theodore, known for his warm smile and bigger-than-life personality, was a steadfast presence for all fortunate enough to know him. Raised in Oklahoma City, Theodore graduated from Seminole High School before pursuing further certification at a private oil field school, setting the foundation for his dedicated career as an Oil Field Tech. He applied his knowledge and tireless work ethic day in and day out, earning respect in his field and inspiring those around him with his commitment and resourcefulness.

Beyond his professional life, Theodore's character shone brightest in the way he treated others. His sense of humor was legendary—always quick with a joke, capable of turning the ordinary into a cherished memory. Friends and family recall a man whose kindness knew no bounds. His laughter was infectious, his generosity boundless. Theodore loved to travel because of his love for his singleness, he had a group of friends he would take monthly trips with to just enjoy life. While Theodore had no children of his own, he found immense joy in spending time with his nieces and nephews, nurturing their growth and filling their lives with laughter and guidance.

An enthusiastic fan of NASCAR and OU football, Theodore could often be found passionately supporting his favorite teams, reveling in the camaraderie that sporting events fostered. His love for animals, especially dogs, was just another expression of his compassionate spirit. Theodore's home and heart were always open to four-legged friends in need of care and affection.

In this time of mourning, Theodore is remembered lovingly by his sister, Toni Stillwell. Each shared memory, every heartfelt conversation, forms a tapestry of sibling bond and mutual support that will endure for years to come. Theodore is also remembered by the family members who preceded him in death: his mother, Helen Toni Hainer; his father, Theodore C. Hainer,Sr.; and his brother, Thomas Hainer. The legacies of family love, values, and tradition continue onward, shaped by those who came before and those who remain.

A private family service in honor of Theodore’s life will be held at Howard Harris Funeral Services at 2601 SW 59th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73119. While the gathering is intimate, the spirit of community that Theodore fostered throughout his days ensures that his memory lingers beyond these walls, in the stories told and the lives touched by his presence.

Those who were lucky enough to know Theodore Charles Hainer, Jr. will carry with them the warmth and light he so freely gave. Though his absence leaves a void that cannot be filled, the kindness, laughter, and love he shared will remain forever in our hearts.
