Mr. Frank J. Rankins, 81. Died Monday, August 3,2020. Services will be Saturday, August 8, 2020 at 1:00pm at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Lawton, OK. Burial will be Monday August 10, 2020 at 11:00am at Ft. Sill Post Cemetery Viewing Friday August 7, 2020 5:00- 8:00pm
